We value your business and ask that you respect the clinic’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $50.
Due to limited spots available, a deposit of $100 will be required to secure your booking. The availability will be reserved for patients based on the receipt of their deposit on a first come first serve base.
All fees are due and payable in full (minus deposit) on the day of the procedure. Due to limited openings, there will be no refunds of the deposit. Booking deposits will be held in the account only if at least 48 hours written and CONFIRMED cancellation notice (e-mail or text) is received. Patients who simply do not attend or who cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will forfeit their full booking deposit.
