1.1 Skin Gym Membership™️ is an annual program priced at $150 CAD plus HST, providing members with exclusive discounts, offers, and services throughout the year.
1.2 Skin Gym Plus Membership™️ is a monthly program priced at $170 CAD per month, offering a curated monthly treatment, ongoing savings, and enhanced perks.

2.1 Skin Gym Membership™️ is valid for 12 months from the date of activation and will automatically renew each year unless canceled with a minimum of fourteen (14) days’ written notice prior to the renewal date.
2.2 Skin Gym Plus Membership™️ requires a minimum four (4) month commitment. After this initial term, it continues on a month-to-month basis unless canceled with at least fourteen (14) days’ written notice before the next billing date.

3.1 All fees must be paid by a valid credit card kept on file for automatic billing.
3.2 GMA Clinic reserves the right to adjust membership pricing with thirty (30) days’ written notice to members. Continued use of membership benefits after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4.1 Members will receive a birthday offer via email at the beginning of their birthday month.
4.2 Birthday perks must be redeemed within the same calendar month unless otherwise specified in the birthday email.

5.1 If a Skin Gym Plus™️ member misses a month, the $170 monthly fee will be credited to their Skin Gym Piggy Bank, provided the clinic is notified by email.
5.2 This credit can be used toward any future treatment or package with no expiry. Members may double up on treatments in a future month using banked credit.
5.3 Members must notify the clinic of missed months; unclaimed credits may not be automatically applied.

6.1 Memberships are non-transferable and valid only for the registered member.
6.2 Benefits, discounts, and credits cannot be shared or transferred to others.
6.3 Treatments must be scheduled in accordance with clinic availability. A 48-hour cancellation policy applies; late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session.

7.1 Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
7.2 GMA Clinic reserves the right to modify, substitute, or cancel any component of the membership benefits at its sole discretion with reasonable notice.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
