WHAT CAUSES SKIN AGING?

Skin has a natural ability to renew itself, this cycle, with a healthy skin, takes about 28 days to complete, however, as we age, the skin renewal process significantly slows down. In our 40s and 50s it can take 45 – 60 days, while in our 60s it can take 60 – 90 days for the skin to produce new cells.
